Cancellation policy

For cancellations made 45 days or more in advance of your retreat you will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 45 days of your retreat will not be refunded. We hope you understand that we reserve our time for you.

 
You can modify your reservation, subject to availability (same retreat but different dates or different retreat and dates) at no charge 30 days or more prior to the closer retreat date. Should the new retreat cost more, you will need to pay the additional difference in the fee in order to reserve it.

 
Changes to a guest's name and information can be made at no charge 15 days or more in advance of the retreat. Within 15 days of the retreat, no changes can be made.

Om is where we are may exceptionally cancel the retreat in case of force majeure and/or in the event of unavoidable circumstances. In this case, you will be informed of the cancellation as soon as possible and we will refund the entire price paid. Apart from this refund, this cancellation does not entitle you to any compensation in any kind whatsoever.
